Meet Esther Lee Leach

Esther Lee Leach is the Founder & Principal of The ELL Network, a consulting firm focused on strategy, community, and connection. She is a trusted advisor on partnerships, civic engagement, and external affairs, drawing on senior leadership experience in government, nonprofit, and business. Esther currently serves as a Governor-appointed member of the Colorado Economic Development Commission, Chair of the Board of Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce and a board member of Biennial of the Americas and Cherry Arts.

Her last role in the public sector was Senior Advisor for Community Partnerships, Boards & Commissions in the Office of Mayor, City & County of Denver. Esther led the Community Partnerships, Boards & Commissions Office and oversaw the recruitment, interview and appointment process to more than 130 Boards & Commissions with 700 appointees. She advised the Mayor and city agencies on board creation, strategy, and appointments, and was also a senior liaison to high-level stakeholders, and the City representative for economic drivers including Sundance Film Festival and The Outside Festival.

She has deep roots in Denver’s civic and business community, bringing together diverse stakeholders to drive impact and influence. Esther speaks frequently on strategy, community building, and leadership, and is passionate about creating meaningful connections that shape strong organizations and communities.
